Meaning
ジーマーミ豆腐 (じーまーみどうふ[?], Jīmāmi dōfu) is Peanut tofu — a Japanese food (ingredients).
What is Peanut tofu?
Jīmāmi dōfu is made from peanuts, not from soybeans, as tofu is. The raw peanuts are crushed to make a peanut milk, which is strained. It is then combined with starch (usually from sweet potatoes) and heated until the mixture thickens.
