How to study this N3 kanji list

Use the example words to connect individual characters to everyday reading. Revisit characters you recognise visually but cannot read in a sentence.

  1. Cover the meanings with the recall toggle and try to read a small group of characters.
  2. Open a character, choose one example word, and check its reading and meaning. Use audio where a play button is available.
  3. Review the words you missed, then return to the list and recall them without the hints.
