This policy covers the Practice JLPT website and mobile apps.

What we collect

On your device: your settings and study progress. Clear your browser data or the app's storage to erase them.
With an account: your email address, your name if your sign-in provider shares it, and your study progress. We never see your password.
Analytics: aggregate data on which pages and screens are used. On the web this uses cookies, which you can block in your browser.

We don't sell your personal data. It is shared only with the service providers that store and process it for us.

Creating an account, by email or through a sign-in provider, means you agree to this policy. You can withdraw at any time by deleting your account.

Web: go to Delete your account, sign in and confirm.
App: Home → Account → Delete Account.
Email: write to hello@practicejlpt.com from your account's address. We delete within 30 days.

Deletion permanently removes your account, your progress and your email address.

Practice JLPT is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
