顧問こもんは 学長がくちょうを 推戴すいたいし、 本会ほんかいの 重要じゅうよう 事項じこうに 関かんし 諮問しもんに 応おうじる。

The consultant, who is under the authority of the Chancellor, gives the committee advice on important questions.

第四十二条　弁護士会は、日本弁護士連合会から諮問又は協議を受けた事項につき答申をしなければならない。
