登録簿等の偽造 本法に基づいて保管される登録簿に虚偽の記入をするか若しくは記入をさせるか，若しくは当該登録簿の記入事項の謄本若しくは複製であると偽る書類を作成するか若しくは作成させるか，又は当該記入事項若しくは書類が偽りであることを知りながら，当該書類を証拠として提出するか若しくは差し出すか，若しくは提出させるか若しくは差し出させる者は，罪を犯すものであり，有罪と決定すれば5,000ドル以下の罰金若しくは12月以下の拘禁に処し，又はそれらを併科する。

If a person makes or causes to be made a false entry in any register kept under this Act, or a writing falsely purporting to be a copy or reproduction of an entry in any such register, or produces or tenders or causes to be produced or tendered in evidence any such writing, knowing the entry or writing to be false, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
