轄 (control, wedge)

さらに、個人こじんの属ぞくする国くに又または地域ちいきが独立どくりつ国こくであると、信託しんたく統治とうち地域ちいきであると、非ひ自治じち地域ちいきであると、又または他たのなんらかの主権しゅけん制限せいげんの下したにあるとを問とわず、その国くに又または地域ちいきの政治せいじ上じょう、管轄かんかつ上じょう又または国際こくさい上じょうの地位ちいに基もとづくいかなる差別さべつもしてはならない。
