Meaning
和風ドレッシング (わふうドレッシング, Wafū doresshingu) is Japanese dressing — a Japanese food (spices garnish dips sauces).
What is Japanese dressing?
Wafū doresshingu (literally "Japanese-style dressing") is a vinaigrette-type salad dressing based on tosazu , a blended vinegar containing katsuobushi . The standard wafū dressing consists of a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, and vegetable oil. There are many variations flavoured with additional ingredients. Those flavoured with sesame oil are often called chūka-fū doresshingu (中華風ドレッシング), meaning "Chinese style dressing".
