第二十条 共助刑の執行は、東京地方検察庁の検察官が指揮する。

Article 20 (1) The enforcement of assistance punishment shall be directed by a public prosecutor of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office.

２検察事務官は、検察官の指揮を受け、捜査をしなければならない。

(2) A public prosecutor's assistant officer shall investigate an offense under the orders of a public prosecutor.

２前項の拘禁許可状は、東京高等検察庁の検察官の請求により発する。
