古河鉱業と直接交渉を行った。

They negotiated directly with Furukawa Mining.

原因企業は古河鉱業（現在の古河機械金属）。

It was caused by Furukawa Kogyo (mining) (modern Furukawa Co., Ltd.).

国内では、2011年7月鉱業法改正を実施。

明治32年（1899年）別子鉱業所支配人となる。

In 1899, he became manager of Besshi Kogyo-sho (Sumitomo Copper Plant of Besshi).※

年12月、インドネシア国会は現行の鉱業法の改正（新鉱業法）を可決。

In December 2008, the Indonesian Parliament passed the amendment to the old Mining Law to establish a New Mining Law.

第三十六条　鉱業出願人は、鉱業出願地の増減の出願をすることができる。

Article 36 (1) Mining applicants may file applications for increase or decrease of mining application areas.○2008

第九条　この法律に規定する鉱業権者又は租鉱権者の権利義務は、鉱業権又は租鉱権とともに移転する。

Article 9 The rights and duties of those who have mining rights or mining lease rights prescribed by this Act shall be transferred with mining rights or mining lease rights.

第百二十一条　鉱業権者が鉱業権を譲渡したときは、供託した金銭に対する権利は、それによつて譲受人に移転する。

Article 121 (1) When holders of mining right transfer their mining right, the right to the money they deposited shall be thereby transferred to transferees.

第六十二条　鉱業権者は、鉱業権の設定又は移転の登録があつた日から六箇月以内に、事業に着手しなければならない。

Article 62 (1) Holders of mining right shall start their business within six months from the day of registration of creation or transfer of mining right.

二　鉱業権の消滅又は鉱業権の消滅若しくは鉱区の減少による租鉱権の消滅の後十年を経過しても、損害が生じないとき。

(ii) No damage is caused ten years after extinction of mining right or extinction of mining lease right due to a decrease of mining areas.

産業上の利用可能性を認めるのは，発明の主題により，産業的結果又は製品が得られる場合で，この場合の産業とは，農業，林業，牧畜業，水産業，鉱業，狭義の加工産業及びサービス業等と理解する。

There shall be industrial applicability where the subject matter of the invention causes an industrial result or product to be obtained, industry being understood as including agriculture, forestry, livestock breeding, fisheries, mining, processing industries in the strict sense and services.
