第十九条　国は、効率的かつ安定的な林業経営を育成し、これらの林業経営が林業生産の相当部分を担う林業構造を確立するため、地域の特性に応じ、林業経営の規模の拡大、生産方式の合理化、経営管理の合理化、機械の導入その他林業経営基盤の強化の促進に必要な施策を講ずるものとする。

Article 19 The State shall take necessary measures for the promotion of expansion of forestry management scale, streamlining of production system, and rationalization of management according to the regional characteristics, in order to develop efficient and stable forestry management and to establish the forestry structure that plays considerable part in the forestry production.
