不幸ふしあわせ (fushiawase)

彼かれほど不幸ふしあわせな人ひとはいないな。

No one is as unhappy as he is.

私は毎日が不幸せです。

I am unhappy everyday.

あの女は不幸せばかり続く

She has met with a series of misfortunes―had a chapter of accidents.

戦争せんそうはみんなを不幸ふしあわせにする。

War doesn't make anybody happy.

私わたしが人々ひとびとをしらないことに対たいして不幸ふしあわせになるだろう。

I will be afflicted that I do not know men.

「溜息ためいきなんてついてた？」「不幸ふしあわせなオーラ出だしながらね」

「それがわたしの大いなる悲劇で、おかげでとても不幸せな一生なんだよ。

"It is my great sorrow, and makes my life very unhappy.

世間で大切だとされているものは功罪半ばして、幸せになる反面、不幸せにもなるのだから、何よりも尊いものは世俗を越えた仏法だ、という教えを説いている。

It preaches that things commonly regarded as precious have both merits and demerits, and while they can make people happy, they can also make them unhappy, so above all else is the Buddhist law that stands aloof from the trivialities of life.
