小豆粥（あずきがゆ）とは、小豆を炊き込んだ粥。

易しく作れるがおねば（粘り気のある汁）が出易く、炊き粥にくらべると味が落ちる。

It is easy to make but it tends to produce more oneba (sticky paste), and it is not as flavorful compared to takigayu (cooked thin rice porridge).
