社宅 (shataku)

今の社宅は一般の賃貸に比べて格段に安いのであまり文句は言えないのだが、建物が古いのはいいとしても、傷いたんだところをなかなか補修してもらえないのは問題だ。

The rent for the company house (we live in) now is much cheaper than that of ordinary houses, so we can't complain much. And even though we accept the old building, the fact that we can't get repairs done quickly when something is damaged is a problem.

年内に対応する生活あるいは雇用対策については、例えば年内にどこかの住宅に入りますという時に必要なお金、例えば入る時に敷金なんていうものは低利で融資をさせていただくとか、あるいはしばらく例えば社宅に住んでいただいて、その時には、社宅は基本的に非常に安いか、ただかということでありますけれども、一定の期間住んでいただいて、そこを何カ月後かに出る時に、精算する時に、その精算の時点での補助というような形で、今すぐ住むからお金が要るというものでないものと、それから今すぐ住むから必要なものと両方あるんだろうと思っております。
