溶く[とく] (toku)

小麦粉こむぎこを 水みずで 溶といてください

Please stir the flour into some water.

小麦粉と卵を水またはだし汁で溶く。

膠を溶く時の分量の目安は、水200ccに対して10-15gが適量である。
