「述じゅつ部ぶ」とは、動作どうさを表あらわす部分ぶぶんで、最後さいごが「～だ」「～する」などになる部分ぶぶんです。

The "predicate" is that part that shows the action in the sentence. In Japanese it would be the part that ends in "da", "suru", etc.
