首に掛けた襟巻きや肩掛けの左右片を合わせる部分の一方の片に磁石を取着し、これに対する他方の片に磁石か又は磁石が吸着できる資材を取着し、又、磁石に代えて左右片を合わせる部分に一対の面ファスナーを取着しているので、磁石の場合は左右片を近ずけると双方の磁力が引き合って、自動的に吸着して襟巻きは非常に楽に装着され、又面ファスナーの場合は、左右片の面ファスナーが取着されている部分を合わせて押さえるだけでワンタッチ装着される。
