This movie is about a poor girl who gets mistaken for the daughter of a rich man in the confusion following a train crash.

インドのシュラーヴァスティーにスダッタ（須達多）という、身寄りのない者を憐れんで食事を給していたため、人々から「給孤独者（anathapindada）」と呼ばれていた富豪がいた。

There was a wealthy person named Sudatta in Sravasti, India, who was widely called 'Anathapindada' because he, out of a sense of pity, provided people without a family with food.
