口述 (koujutsu)

口述試験は、筆記試験に合格した者につき、工業所有権に関する法令について行う。

(3) The oral examination shall be conducted on laws and regulations relating to the industrial property rights, for persons who have passed the written examinations.

第126条(1)(c)(ii)にいう資格試験は，筆記テスト及び口述試験から成る。
