押し売おしうりはお 断ことわりです

入港場の制限に伴い、取引相手が付かず長期滞在し、民家に散入し押し売りを働く興利倭が出現する。

As the ports were restricted, some Koriwa could not find anyone to deal with and stayed in Korea for a long time, and entered private houses and forced the residents to buy their commodities.
