The Olympics takes place every four years.

閏年は4年ごとにくる,そして4年目ごとに2月が29日となる.

A leap year comes every four years, and so in every fourth year February has 29 days.

yearが閏年ならTrueを、そうでなければFalseを返します。

Returns True if year is a leap year, otherwiseFalse.

コプト正教会では、Neyrouz（正月）は1900年から2099年の間は、グレゴリオ暦9月11日、閏年は9月12日に新年を祝う。

紀元前45年、ユリウス・カエサルがユリウス暦（閏年が無い）を導入、1Januaryがグレゴリオ暦同様、正月（新年初日）になった。

In B.C. 45, Julius Caesar introduced the Julian calendar (which had no intercalary year) and, similar to the Gregorian calendar, January 1st became New Year's Day (the first day of the new year).
