The Olympics takes place every four years.

yearが閏年ならTrueを、そうでなければFalseを返します。

Returns True if year is a leap year, otherwiseFalse.

機構は、閏年の追加の月の位置を決定する板（２０７）を同心状に含む。

The present mechanism concentrically includes a plate (207) determining the position of an additional month of bissextile year.

このため、閏年ニ関スル件（明治31年勅令第90号）により不備が補われた。

This was rectified through the Imperial Ordinance on Leap Years (Chokurei No. 90 of 1898).

コプト正教会では、Neyrouz（正月）は1900年から2099年の間は、グレゴリオ暦9月11日、閏年は9月12日に新年を祝う。

The Kobut Orthodox Church celebrates their Neyrouz (New Year's Day) on September 11th of the Gregorian calendar during 1900 and 2099 and celebrates the new year on September 12th of the Gregorian calendar in intercalary years.

紀元前45年、ユリウス・カエサルがユリウス暦（閏年が無い）を導入、1Januaryがグレゴリオ暦同様、正月（新年初日）になった。

In B.C. 45, Julius Caesar introduced the Julian calendar (which had no intercalary year) and, similar to the Gregorian calendar, January 1st became New Year's Day (the first day of the new year).

閏年は 4 年ごとにくる, そして 4 年目ごとに 2 月が 29 日となる. A leap year comes every four years, and so in every fourth year February has 29 days.宿所入り（2月28日、閏年は29日）の夕方、「大中臣の祓い」が行われる。

They go in the accommodation (on February 28, but in an intercalary year on February 29) in the evening and "Onakatomi no Harai" (the purification performed by Shushi in Shuni-e (Omizutori)) is done.
