He was tired, and yet he went to help them.

But, if by that, morale drops wouldn't that defeat the purpose of the exercise?

彼女は沢山欠点がある。それでも私は彼女が好きです。

She has a lot of faults. Still, I like her.

彼女に欠点があるが、それでもやはり私は好きだ。

I like her none the less for her faults.
