今日きょうは私わたしの平日へいじつの夜よるの過すごし方かたを紹介しょうかいします。
kyou wa watashi no heijitsu no yoru no sugoshikata o shoukai shimasu.
Today I would like to show you how I spend my weekday evenings.
日本にほん語ごの字幕じまくと翻訳ほんやくをつけていますので

この日ひは仕事しごとを終おえて、夜よるの7時じに家いえにつきました。
kono hi wa shigoto o oete, yoru no 7 ji ni ie ni tsukimashita.
I arrived home at 7:00 pm after finishing work on this day.
まずは靴くつを脱ぬぎます。日本にほんでは家いえの中なかで靴くつを履はかないので
mazu wa kutsu o nugimasu. nihon de wa ie no naka de kutsu o hakanai no de
First of all, I take off my shoes. In Japan, we don't wear shoes in the house.
必かならず玄関げんかんで靴くつを脱ぬいで家いえに入はいります。
kanarazu genkan de kutsu o nuide ie ni hairimasu.
You always take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the house.
ドアを開あけて
doa o akete
I open the door.
電気でんきをつけます。
denki o tsukemasu.
and turn on the lights.
今日きょうは風かぜが強つよく、外そとはとっても寒さむかったです。
kyou wa kaze ga tsuyoku, soto wa tottemo samukatta desu.
It was windy and very cold outside.
コートを脱ぬいでハンガーにかけます。
kooto o nuide hangaa ni kakemasu.
I take off my coat and put it on a hanger.
次つぎに手洗てあらいうがいをします。
tsugi ni tearai ugai o shimasu.
Next, I wash my hands and gargle.
冬ふゆは空気くうきが乾燥かんそうしているので
fuyu wa kuuki ga kansou shite iru no de
In winter, the air is dry.
風邪かぜを引ひかないように、しっかりと洗あらいます。
kaze o hikanai you ni, shikkari to araimasu.
So, I wash thoroughly to avoid catching a cold.
忘わすれずに、うがいもします。
wasurezu ni, ugai mo shimasu.
I also gargle without forgetting.
夜よるご飯はんの準備じゅんびをします。
yorugohan no junbi o shimasu.
I will prepare dinner.
今日きょうは昨日きのう作つくったカレーを食たべようと思おもいます。
kyou wa kinou tsukutta karee o tabeyou to omoimasu.
Today I will eat curry which I made yesterday.
冷蔵れいぞう庫こからカレーが入はいったお鍋なべを取とり出だして火ひをつけます。
reizouko kara karee ga haitta onabe o toridashite hi o tsukemasu.
I take a pot of curry out of the refrigerator and light it on fire.
平日へいじつの夜よるご飯はんは簡単かんたんに済すませることが多おおいです。
heijitsu no yorugohan wa kantan ni sumaseru koto ga ooi desu.
Evening meals are often simple on weekdays.
しばらくすると、いい匂においがしてきました
shibaraku suru to, ii nioi ga shite kimashita
After a while, it smells good!
そろそろ良よさそうですね！
sorosoro yosa sou desu ne!
It looks good soon!
ご飯はんの入はいったお皿さらにカレーを入いれます。
gohan no haitta osara ni karee o iremasu.
Put the curry in a plate with rice.
カレーはご飯はんの他ほかにパンやうどんにも合あう万能ばんのうな料理りょうりですね。
karee wa gohan no hoka ni pan ya udon ni mo au bannou na ryouri desu ne.
Curry is a versatile dish that goes well with bread and udon noodles as well as rice.
完成かんせいしました！

しっかり野菜やさいも食たべます。
shikkari yasai mo tabemasu.
I also eat vegetables well.
カレーは私わたしの好すきな食たべ物ものの1つです。
karee wa watashi no suki na tabemono no 1 tsu desu.
Curry is one of my favorite foods.

ご飯はんを食たべた後あとはお風呂ふろを洗あらいます。
gohan o tabeta ato wa ofuro o araimasu.
After eating, I wash my bath.
シャワーで水みずをかけて汚よごれを流ながして
shawaa de mizu o kakete yogore o nagashite
I shower with water to wash off the dirt.
お風呂ふろ用ようの洗剤せんざいを浴槽よくそうにかけます
ofuroyou no senzai o yokusou ni kakemasu
I pour bath detergent over the bathtub
次つぎにスポンジを使つかってゴシゴシ洗あらっていきます
tsugi ni suponji o tsukatte goshigoshi aratte ikimasu
Next, scrub the bathtub with a sponge
日本にほんでは湯舟ゆぶねに浸ひたる文化ぶんかがあります
nihon de wa yubune ni hitaru bunka ga arimasu
In Japan, we have a culture of soaking in a bathtub
湯舟ゆぶねに浸ひたるとは浴槽よくそうに入はいることを意味いみします
yubune ni hitaru to wa yokusou ni hairu koto o imi shimasu
Soaking in the bathtub means getting into the bathtub
湯舟ゆぶねに入はいると体からだが温あたたまり疲つかれが取とれるので
yubune ni hairu to karada ga atatamari tsukare ga toreru no de
Soaking in a bathtub warms the body and relieves fatigue
私わたしは毎日まいにち、湯舟ゆぶねに使つかっています。
watashi wa mainichi, yubune ni tsukatte imasu.
I use the bathtub every day.
最後さいごに洗剤せんざいを流ながして、栓せんを閉しめます。
saigo ni senzai o nagashite, sen o shimemasu.
Finally, I pour out the detergent and close the stopper.
それではスイッチオン！

Then switch on!
お湯ゆ張ばりをします。お風呂ふろの栓せんの閉しめ忘わすれに注意ちゅういしてください。
oyubari o shimasu. ofuro no sen no shime wasure ni chuui shite kudasai.
Run a hot bath. Be careful not to forget to close the bath plug.
お湯ゆが沸わくまで待まちます。
oyu ga waku made machimasu.
Wait until water boils.
お風呂ふろが湧わきました。
ofuro ga wakimashita.
Bath is ready.
お風呂ふろが沸わいたようなので入はいります
ofuro ga waita you na no de hairimasu
The bath seems to be ready, so I'm going in.
お風呂ふろから上あがったらドライヤーを使つかって髪かみを乾かわかします。
ofuro kara agattara doraiyaa o tsukatte kami o kawakashimasu.
After getting out of the bath, I use a hair dryer to dry my hair.
私わたしは髪かみが長ながいので、乾かわかし終おわるまでに時間じかんがかかります。
watashi wa kami ga nagai no de, kawakashi owaru made ni jikan ga kakarimasu.
I have long hair, so it takes me a long time to finish drying it.
乾かわかし終おわったら、この髪かみを使つかって髪かみをとかします。
kawakashi owattara, kono kami o tsukatte kami o tokashimasu.
When I finish drying, I use this to comb my hair.
その後あとはコンタクトレンズを外はずします。

Then remove contact lenses.
私わたしは目めが悪わるいので

I have bad eyesight.
外そとにいる時ときはいつもコンタクトをつけています。

I always wear contacts when I'm outside.
コンタクトを外はずしたら眼鏡めがねをかけます

After taking my contacts off, I wear glasses.
お風呂ふろですっきりした後あとは、もうひと頑張がんばり！

I speak English with teachers from different countries for 15 minutes every day.
