The Invention of Machines
If you look closely at the history of how science has progressed since ancient times, and how its influence has affected society, it is quite fascinating. Science has continually advanced as a field of study, and along with it all sorts of useful machines have been invented. Once that happens, people in the world simply cannot help but make use of such machines. Then, as machines develop, the production of all things and the state of transportation change as well, which in the end means that the shape of human society itself is transformed. You could say that this is how civilization has developed from ancient times up to the present day. When you think about it this way, you finally come to truly understand how important science is to human society.
