Meaning & usage
The particle か marks an embedded question, coming after a plain-form clause or question word before verbs like 分かる or 聞く, as in 何をしたらいいか分からない. It can also appear in direct questions like どうかしたの. Despite the gloss, the examples here show question marking rather than the 'or' meaning.
