Meaning & usage
ても connects a verb in te-form plus も to express that the result holds even under that condition, as in asking permission (してもいいですか) or stating resolve (あってもあきらめません). It follows the te-form of verbs and い-adjectives, and でも follows nouns and な-adjectives.
