にしてからが adds strong emphasis to mean even someone of high standing or expertise is no exception. It is used when a result is surprising because even a veteran, president, or expert could not avoid it. It follows a noun directly, as in 医者にしてからが or 社長にしてからが, with no change to the noun itself. It belongs to formal written Japanese and carries a stronger, more literary tone than にして.
