Meaning & usage
ずにはおかない expresses that something inevitably happens or is bound to occur, literally 'will not leave it undone.' It attaches to the negative form of a verb with ない dropped, i.e. the ない-stem (ずにはおかない). It often appears with causative verbs, stressing that the subject cannot help producing a certain effect.
