から言って expresses a judgment or evaluation made from the standpoint of a particular basis, such as experience, quality, price, or results. It attaches to a noun, often marked with の to show whose perspective is taken, as in 私の経験から言って. With words like 立場, always specify whose position is meant by using a form like 私の立場, and with broad ideas of safety or health prefer specific nouns like 安全面, 安全性, or 健康面 before から言って.
