Meaning & usage
たなりで is not a standard pattern for expressing that a resulting state continues unchanged. The た form does not attach to なりで in this way in modern standard Japanese, so patterns like つけたなりで or 開けたなりで are ungrammatical. Learners should avoid using this combination to express a state left as it is.
