Meaning & usage
結果 is a noun meaning a result or outcome, used when reporting or evaluating how something turned out. It often appears as Nの結果 for the result of N, as in 試験の結果, and as その結果 or 結果は for that result as a topic. Particles with 結果 follow the main verb, so 結果が分かる and 結果に満足する use different particles because the verbs differ.
