こうした (koushita)

Meaning & usage

こうした is a demonstrative meaning "this kind of" or "such," used to point back to a type of thing just mentioned or understood from context. It comes directly before a noun, as in こうしたこと or こうしたルール, and works in both casual and formal speech.
